For founders, it’s difficult and distracting to recruit, onboard, and get genuine feedback from your customers, particularly Gen-Z. We help you retain your focus, save engineering time, and save tens-even hundreds- of thousands of dollars by building products alongside your target customer.
We feel like you’re a part of our team. You’re menially focused on product and know how to ask the right questions and give us the insights we need. For an early stage company like us, it’s a real gift

Takes's Problems
- Market Understanding: Struggled to create an environment to understand Gen-Z users, despite having managed student GTM groups on 10+ campuses.
- Dated UI: An excess of intermittent product suggestions over two years targeting campus growth, led to a confusing, feature-packed app.
- Growth Impact: High CAC and low retention rates hindered sustainable growth and scalability.
What we did
- Integrated Team: ACG embedded our students into Takes’ product team to conduct user interviews, test existing features, and provide consensus for future development.
- Zero-Base UI/UX Review: Our team refined Take’s feature set to align with the consensus of their peers consumer preferences.
- Feature Development: Ideated, wireframes, and pitched six new features that are in development for the product redesign.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Team members identified features to drive long term product adoption relative to market comparable, Takes’ mission, and current capabilities.
Capitol's Problems
- Feature Testing: Capitol struggled to verify their teams product ideas before devoting design and engineering efforts.
- Advanced Feature Utilization: Given Capitol’s advanced AI prompted features they struggled to educate users on proper usage of such features.
- Long Load Times: Given the in depth research completed by Capitol, generation times are often longer then chatbot-like competitors.
What we did
- User Research: Our students tested Capitol’s existing features, conducted user interviews, and ultimately discovered the problems set forth above.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Our team presented six feature project based on consensus from their peers and prioritized them with Capitol’s Founders.
- Tutorial Creation: Created a full UI/UX flow including market tested copy for a novel product tutorial, presented during the lengthy text generation period.
- Custom Prompting: Restructured the advanced prompting fields to offer one click options and clarity on the feature’s capabilities.
